Wonder Con

Wonder Con is coming up in less then two weeks now, I was wondering if anyone was going? I had originally planed to go all three days, then my wife pointed out that it was Easter weekend. So with Good Friday mass and Easter I will probably only be there on Saturday, if at all.

Just wondering if anyone else was planning on attending?

I'll be there Fri/Sat but likely not on Easter Sunday.

I'll be there all weekend, but I'll be working most of the weekend.

My buddy is setting up a dealer booth, and I'm gonna be there helping him out for the weekend.

Elveen's Comics and Collectibles, Booth 108!

If you're at Wondercon, stop by and say "hi" (and buy tons of comics from my boy Christian)!

I'm sure I will be, at least one of those days. I'm gonna be down there with my woman, so she'll be along for dinner too. I might know some other folks that are interested in dinner too, from the Valiant Fans board. Maybe we can Voltron together for a big group dinner one of the nights?

My wife and I would be in for dinner either night, we will either come down for dinner Friday or that gives us a good reason to make sure we go the show on Saturday.

Currently planning all three days but can't guarantee all day Friday because of work. Errr work is always getting in the way of comics.

I wonder who this is signed by? Eisner passed away years ago.

I don't know about others, but I've cooled off considerably on the "special" AEs. Lots of extra $$$ and they announce them after I already have a regular edition. I can do without them, I think.

I will always be interested in ones that include sketches or other OA but $75-100 for sigs, numbering, and a different cover seems excessive. $25-50 then maybe.

The romita and kubert specials remains the benchmark for me.

I agree. I don't regret my Romita AE at all. I'm kind of unhappy with my Kubert Tarzan, though. He looks very Wolverine-ish. Your Kubert Tarzan sketch rocks, Trev.

I'll be busy after the show on Saturday for an hour or so. If folks are getting together Saturday evening, I may not be able to make it, or might make it late.

Don't change or hold up any Saturday plans that work for everyone else, I'm not exactly sure what my schedule will be.

This smacks of "super-secret Valiant attention"
